If the panel surface is previously primed, ithas to be sanded and cleaned of dust and dirt with damped cloth etc before the application. The unprimed surfaces is also sanded and cleaned of dust and dirt before application. ÜNLÜ PROTECT Aqua Water Based 1K Panel Door Primer (522-1006) is adjusted to application viscosity according to its application method.
If applied with spray gun,it should be applied as two-five coats with 10-15 min. intervals.If applied with brush or roller,it should be applied as two-three coats with 4-5 hours intervals.After the last primer coat, it is sanded slightly with sandpaper No:600-800 ÜNLÜ PROTECT AQUA Water Based 1K Panel Door Paint(521-1001) can be applied 4-5 hours after the final primer coat application.It is appropriate for spray applications.
